Bahan :
- 250 gram kacang tanah, goreng, tumbuk halus.
Bumbu :
- 5 buah cabai merah
- 5 buah cabai rawit merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 2 ruas jari kencur
- 2 irisan kulit jeruk purut
- Garam secukupnya
- 250 gram gula merah, disisir
- 5 buah asam jawa, rendam dalam 3 sdm air hangat
Cara Membuat :
- Goreng cabe merah, cabe rawit, kencur, dan irisan kulit jeruk purut.
- Haluskan bumbu yang sudah digoreng dan garam hingga lembut.
- Masukkan gula merah, tumbuk hingga rata.
- Masukkan kacang tanah yang sudah digoreng, tumbuk, aduk sambil tambahkan air asam jawa.
- Aduk hingga adonan pekat dan tercampur rata.
